The room had good ensuite facilities and a fridge. Staff was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. Public transport access into the city center was convenient and easy to use. The self check-in process was very helpful.

a really great stay!

stylish room kettle use convenient location
the room was super stylish, honestly blew me away when i arrived! i also really liked having a hob and kettle available (i only used the kettle for teas and coffee, as i mostly ate out). there's a sainsbury's just three minutes away, so grabbing snacks or drinks was easy! couldn't have asked for more.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some street noise.

the double room with private bathroom included everything i needed. the equipped kitchen had a kettle and cutlery. i found the location calm, as the room did not face the street. its proximity to a bus stop was convenient for getting around.
the ventilation did not work properly and there was no complimentary water provided.

easy check-in convenient location comfortable bed clean premises
Self check-in suited my travel style perfectly. the bus stop nearby made trips into the city simple. Buses 4, 34, and 44 arrived frequently. i found the bed comfortable. very neat place .
the television did not have signal (but this was fine).

comfortable bed useful fan good-sized room
The room had a good size. A kitchenette was available, that was nice. The bed was very comfortable indeed. A fan helped a lot, because the room becomes really hot on a warm day. A big closet had enough space. I used the keyless entry.
The provided towels were a bit dusty.
